4. Payments

• Payments must be made according to agreed schedules
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

5. Project Changes

Any changes to project scope must be approved in writing. Additional costs and time adjustments may apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

7. Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

GRANDY PINES CONSTRUCTION LLC is not liable for delays or damages caused by weather conditions, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Completed work and materials used will be billed accordingly.
